This two tone clear / aqua signal has a swirl of blue aqua over the top of the pin hole in the dome giving an overall ice or sagey appearance, but as you rotate it the dome color starts to pop. I can find no defects so it is very near mint or better in condition. Manufacture should date to the early 1930s with round drip points and no date coding. Embossing index is [110].
