Above this transformer there is a drain for the roof that drains down on this transformer. In the winter time this tub is solid ice and has never failed due to the ice as far as I know. You can see on the wall where the water runs down.

The large newer weatherhead that you see below the transformer is 2400 volts, primary voltage, running to a vault next door to feed a transformer bank there.
