We dragged a mint corssarm down the rail, carried a 50 pound bag of insulators, and I hauled a chunk of old Clinchfield rail. That was some hard work lifting all this stuff up the side of a hill to the car and that 6 inch chunk of rail is heavy! The worst part was finding out that the crossarm didn't fit in the car so we hide it in the woods for later.
