the insulator i found on the C&O RR in West Virginia has a uncommon embossing. if you look closely, the embossing has [ numbers and dots ] made in U.S.A, instead of Made in U.S.A. [ numbers and dots ]. not only that, there is a number 38 on the embossing. the first year it was ever made.
