Here's a circa 1900-10 baby spook porcelain insulator from France with its original pin cemented with fairly easy to remove sulphur. Measures a mere 1 5/8" wide x 2.25" tall.

Update: I found this insulator in my 1906 Vedovelli-Priestley & Cie catalog! So my estimation of the production date was very accurate.
