Here's a small light straw glass spool insulator (1.75" x 1.75") shaped like a knob from Italy. Its marked ISOLATORE R 45 (front) UNEL 38114 (reverse). Made by MIVA. Easily VNM+ shape. A little clean up would easily remove the rust in the pinhole. Not many insulators are marked "insulator" in any language- this one is an exception.
