CD 145 [020] American beehive with a nice amount of amber swirls. I've seen few blue CD 145 Americans with significant character like this. Embossed on the base AM. INSULATOR CO. N.Y. DOUBLE PETTICOAT/PAT'D SEPT. 13, 1881, NOV. 13, 1883, FEB. 12, 1884. There is an I embossed on the dome. There is a clean flat 1 inch base chip that takes out "13, 1881, NOV 1'. There is also a BB ding on the dome with a rainbow halo about the size of a quarter. The good news is that the damage is not visible from the side with the most amber which is how I have it pictured and how you'd likely want to display it. I can take more pictures upon request.
