Nope this isn't an milky electric blue mouse but its perhaps a nice companion piece. This is a CD 162 [070] (F-Skirt) H.G.CO./PATENT MAY 2 1893 (R-Skirt) PETTICOAT SDP in electric blue. This is perhaps the first I have seen with milky inclusions and best of all they are well positioned front and center. There are 3 chipped drip points and you are looking at them in the picture. There are a few other drip points that are partially filled being open with air bubbles but that is exactly as it was made when it left the factory. There is an open gap in the wire groove to the left you can see in the picture as well. This is also exactly as it was made. This isn't a chip. View original for all the details. There is a ping on the back wire groove nearing the mold line that does have a small clamshell flake above and below it. Honestly though, you are going to want to display it embossed side out with the milk in plain view as I have it pictured. The electric blues book for $350 - $400.
