Here is a CD 116 crown embossed PATENT over DEC !9 1871 and on the skirt PATENT over MAY 2 1893. On the reverse is JULY 1st 1882 over PAT APPLIED FO. Check out that photo. Is this a good looking insulator or what! There are two things that keep it from being a great insulator ; reallly nice but not great! There is one broken drip just to the rear of the right mold line. Then there is a skirt chip, finger nail size, that takes out half of the O and all of the R in the back side embossing. I thought because this could be at least a $100 insulator in really good condition, this one could be worth $70. Probably is is worth that, but I want to move it along. I'm going to ask $45 plus actual shipping for it. I'll also add a second photo to show the chip.
