Here's a rarely offered multipart porcelain insulator with an attractive green glaze incuse marked "M BGG". This tough piece was found in Czech Republic and I believe it was made by Merklin. Glaze color matches early insulators made by Hermsdorf in Germany but incuse marking doesn't match any of their known factories. Measures 4.75" (top shell) x 4 3/8 (middle) x 4.25" (bottom) x 6" tall. Several small scuff marks and light scratches from service.
