Finally found the slide for these insulators. CD 281 HEMINGRAY - 71 [010] RDP Dark aqua. Photographed at the ILLINOIS CENTRAL GULF engine facility in Central City, KY., Sept. 1982. There were several poles with these. Of course the entire facility has been leveled now. Fate of the insulators is unknown.
