CD 257 GREEN MOUSE W/ AMBER Embossed on the (F-Skirt) HEMINGRAY (R-Skirt) NO 60. This insulator has the following issues: Left ear in the front by the straw marks is what appears to be an open bubble or some impurity that was in the glass and came thru the surface. The underside of same ear has 1" of flat glass missing and the front base bruise you can see in the photograph damages two of the sharp points and four other drip points did not fill in completely. But even with these issues, this is one good looking MOUSE.
