I only have two of these, and this one is now the standout! It's been suggested that PLW is for Pennsylvania Lines West, but west of which geographical location in the Pennsy's once mighty system. If anyone out there in Iconland has ever found one on a wild hunt I'd like to hear from you. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
