I found this one some 7 years ago. I had to return with a shovel the next day since it was frozen in the ground. The strange thing was that this GTP (CNR) piece was on a Canadian Pacific Line. The GTP line was not far away, so I can only assume that the contractor,,, didn't care. After all, an insulator is,,, an insulator.
