Utility lines owned by SCE (Southern California Edison). Subtransmission at 66kv is atop the pole line on the left with lower voltages (below) for local business customers. The pole line along the right features 4kv primary distribution with single phase secondaries. Note the "pothead" (three angled-terminal) installations on two of the poles in the background (mid-pole, second and third poles on the left).
