Downed 14.4kV line (October 29, 2011 Storm in MA) Continued

This picture shows the first pole actually on the side street. You can see the primary doesn't have any tension in it, as it's laying on the ground at the base of the pole. The triplex secondary didn't snap, but the neutral still lost a lot of tension as you can see towards the left of the picture. The only transformer on this street is a 25kVA, and it's on the next pole down from this one. It surprisingly didn't come down when the line snapped. As you can see, my town uses those poly Hendrix Wire & Cable insulators. This one is a 25kV vise top type, but it's in use on 14.4kV.
