Here we have a CD 164 no-name with "Petticoat" embossed on it, It has been repaired with resin in two areas the small repair you can see in the photo at the base, and the larger repair is to the upper wire groove about 2" of resin. Under the embossing is a large under pour and has a smaller under pour on the back that takes out 2 drips. These list for $400 to $500 in the price guide, my price $160 plus shipping.
