This CD 145 B [020] insulator is one of the darkest purples that I have ever offered for sale. Unfortunately, it does have some damage to one side, but the best part is that the embossing is the same on the other side where it displays MINT. It appears as if this insulator was dropped from it's pin after many years in service and the location it fell in won the fight. There is a half dollar sized area near the wire groove that some light chipping. There is also two small flakes from the inner skirt. The picture shows the damaged side, but as I had mentioned, the opposite side displays mint. Book value on this insulator is $30-40, but with the seemingly lack of interested, I'm now only asking $18.
