Up for sale is a beautiful example of a difficult to find colour variation in the G.N.W. TEL. CO. CD 145 style. This piece is the standard [010] embossing style with the thin embossing - the same mould that the royal purple shades come in. This example is a stronger shade of steel blue than is normally encountered in this style, with very strong tones of gray and less blue than normal. This piece even has a tinge of lavender in the dome. The aqua piece on the left is for colour comparison. The glass is very clear, with a nice amber swathe running through the right side of the skirt, making for an exceptional piece!

The condition of the piece is good, with the most significant damage being a 1/4" fisheye on the front crown, and a few scattered 1/8" crescent moon pings around the crown of the piece. There is also a 1/4" ping on the rear base edge. Apart from this, there is some scratching in the wire groove. All in all, I would say the piece is in good condition.
