Searched through the entire embossing error album and did not find this one. Can't make it out that well in this pic but it seem Hemingray corrected a #3 error with the correct #8 in the 1893 patent date. Thought it was an 8 double embossed but don't see how just the 8 would be doubled embossed as clearly as this one is and no sign what so ever of the other numbers being double embossed. Also thought a misaligned 8 was corrected until I took out my magnifying glass. Think my camera also showed it is a 3 behind the 8. [id=325753154] for your own closer look.
