This is a CD 190/191 EIN [010]. The piece is a really nice Sage Green. It appeared in the Sept 2011 CJOW. There are 2 bases known. The only other base known is in the collection of Bill Meier. The top is the only one known to exist. The bottom has some chipping on the rear skirt. It displays perfect tho. A chance to own a extremely rare tramp. Asking $800 shipped with insurance.
