These are all OB sandblast marked 1964. They are on LOCKE INSULATOR COMPANY metal cone pins. Double arm construction with metal span brackets. These used to be standard transmission construction throughout COPCO'S Southern Oregon/ Northern California service territory's but not many survive in service today.
