Up for sale is a pair of tough to find No. 48 No Name CD 152 variants. These no name 152s turn up in Ontario pretty commonly, but these variations are still super tough to find. The piece on the left is the elusive sharp dripped No. 48, with a fair amount of snow throughout. The piece stands significantly higher than the normal No. 48 moulds simply due to the addition of drips. This one is the [030] No Name CD 152 listing. The piece on the right is an unusual green colouration, with amber swirls visible throughout the dome and skirt. This one is the [010] embossing. Both pieces have an identical '1' embossed on the dometop, indicating their origin from the same mould. The SDP piece has an open bubble on the front left upper wire ridge, with a bit of light flaking around its outer edge. It has a 1/8" open bubble or ping (I can't tell which it is) on the front crown, and a small fleabite on the dome (less than 1/8"). It has 8 partially flaked drips (most of these have less than 1/3 of the drip actually missing), and a 1/2" flake off the rear inner skirt. All in all, it sounds pretty bad, but is a very displayable piece. The green example is very shiny, and has a 3/16" ping on the rear upper wire ridge, and a 1/2" flat base flake in the rear. I'm asking $19 U.S. plus shipping for the pair. I accept PayPal, money orders or bank cheques, or personal cheques from any member of ICON, or anyone I have dealt with before. Please feel free to look through my previously unsold items in the "For Sale (Not Sold)" folder, and combine purchases to save on shipping. |
