Wouldn't know that this insulator has unusual ghost embossing on the dome. [id=324031955] to see the spooky unusual ghosty embossing. Had this Brookfield / New York CD 162 #10 Dome insulator hanging around for some time before I noticed it was double embossed. The light bounced of it just right from the side and I noticed the double sized drawned B on the dome. Previously I thought the insulator just had some spread out group of straw lines coming down the front of the dome. The B is almost twice as large as the B embossed on the skirt embossing and as the lettering comes diagonally down the dome the size get longer and longer. I can make out the BROO well and the K's top as the embossing ran out of room on the dome. The B is about 1/2" long and the following letters 3/4" or better. The condition is very near mint. Has a few tiny ticks and an inclusion at the top of the dome. Otherwise mint.I'm asking $35 shipped priority mail anywhere in the lower 48 US states and will assist other countries.
