Photo taken near the intersection of Tyler and Bryant Avenues. Those open wire lines beneath are believed to be circuits owned by the utility for telephone use (for switching, dispatching, etc.). The rather impressive street light is a 400 watt mercury vapor type from the early 1960s and was operated from a 6.6 ampere street series circuit.
