Here is the "More" part of it. A lighting pole at the fairgrounds in St. Paul, Oregon. Are those 2 cans just small reclosers? This whole installation is really old. In this photo you can see that the power is really not 3 phase any more but is 12.5kV open Y with the 2 single phases branching off in opposite directions and the middle wire is the neutral. I drive by it quite a bit on my way to or from my local electric railway museum and I said I would stop for pix at least a hunnert times. Finally got 'er done ;)
