An old finned transformer not working at the moment on the Tillamook, OR. PUD system. The spring link cutout fuse is open and the service drop across the road goes nowhere. May have been a customer there at one time but nothing now! Finned transformers are rare on this utility but this one is on the older voltage 12000/20800 part of the system and 12 kV transformers can be used. I guess it costs less to just leave the can on the pole!
