The new substation being built at Shiloh Road, about halfway down the 6 mile electric railway at the Western Railway Museum, Solano County, CA. This shows the replicated power line as it was in the 1940's, but it is still lacking insulators and wires. This will change in the future once the substation is energized. The insulators coming down in the previous photo will be somewhere on the top crossarm of this line...someday!
