This is an old insulator pin it is from the mountain states tel.& tel. co. in Great falls Montana to the Mountain States Tel. & tel. Co. in Plentywood Montana. My brother who is a history teacher dated this to the 60' or 70's (I think) because it has a zip code and there were no zip codes before that.
