Here ya go. Here in Sioux Falls - on the left, an Xcel Energy 13.8kV open Y circuit (formerly 4kV 3-phase; the middle phase was left alone in case they needed to bring it back in later), and on the right, a Sioux Falls Municipal Light Division 13.8kV open Y circuit (formerly 2400V 3-phase). And to top it off, an RTE rustbucket on the Xcel pole - and which replaced an old black side-bushing can (the lower drop line / cutout arm were removed during the 'upgrade'). The neutral spools on this part of the municipal system are the big 'pineapple' spools and which was likely an intermediate step in the changeover.
