Jeff Ibach looks over the raffle table. All items were donated by the attendees and the proceeds go to support the Golden State Insulator Club. We had a great assortment of items thanks to the generous donors. Note the large working street light under the table. I heard the winner was going to use it to light up his horseshoe pit! Thanks also go out to Lori Jenkins and Ofelia Anthony for selling raffle tickets...put a little beauty out there and the tickets just fly off the roll!

The Double D Tailgater was once again a huge success thanks to all that attended. I scored a great junker insulator and a rare bottle, plus I know of others that went away with National Show level finds, including a super milky electric blue Mickey Mouse and the best 2-piece California transposition known in the hobby. Rare opportunities to acquire items such as this only occur if you attend and support your local shows. We hope to see you next year at the 2012 Double D Tailgater!
