This is all that remains of the 1920s Northern States Power steam addition to the original 1908 Sioux Falls Light & Power hydro plant (right side). The soon to be relocated Weber Avenue substation is in the background (the high side of the substation has always been 69kV, but the 23.9kV circuit and 4kV circuits that originally left that sub have all long since been redone to 13.8kV).
