Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) typically seen and neat stuff! The circuits atop these poles I believe are 4kv; serving local customers within this rather tightly settled-in vicinity with rows of varied secondary feeders beneath. The ornamental street lights as the one in the foreground and those on the left were old 6.6 ampere incandescents wired in electrical series with an internal underground connection going up to each one of them. Many of the latter type of vintage streetlights are still in service within the LA Basin communities, fyi. Photograph taken near the intersection of South Main and West 23rd Streets.
