Leanna, little Stella, and Mark Lauckner arrived at the Insulator Ranch for a quick visit today. The family has been travelling about on holidays, and are now on their way back home. As Mark mentioned, he couldn't go through Merritt without stopping for a quick visit, and Bev and I were happy to see them. A short visit in the house, then a whirlwind trip out to the field to look at some Russian insulators, the Pilkington CD 436, and Mark wanted particularily to see what I had in way of Canadian insulators.

Visits with Lauckner are never long enough. There is so much to learn from him, and always so little time, but as usual, we were happy to see them all again.

Now all we have to figure out is if they were late for this year, or early for next year's show. Either way, happy to see you again. As you can see, little Stella has a firm grip on a green ink CNR, which she is holding for her Dad.
