Mylene is visiting with Lorraine and Richard Enns of Lillooet, B.C.. While our temperatures soared to 37 C or 96 F, it was probably hotter still in Lillooet. Richard and Lorraine picked a good day to come to Merritt. Small world that it is, Mylene, as a kid, grew up next door to, and was friends with Richard's brothers family in Manitoba.

Her she is picking out some favourites from Richard's sales table, to add to the others she found at the show.

It was wonderful being able to meet, and better get to know a friend who until now, has only been a message on your computer screen. Husband James and her daughter Shonelle are great people, and Mylene and I have become even better friends.

The best part is, I won't have to wait another 12 years to see Mylene again. They are all coming back to the Merritt Insulator Show next year, and I can hardly wait. Have a great year my friend. See you in 2012.
