Up for sale is a pair of insulators embossed only with the simple diamond emblem present on so many Canadian insulators. What makes this pair slightly odd is the presence of rounded drip points - quite a scarce characteristic with this embossing style. That makes the piece on the left a [010] Diamond CD 122 in a light peach, and the one on the right a CD 154 Diamond [070] in a light peach. Both pieces are incredibly shiny, and have been picked up here in S.W. Ontario on my various travels. The 122 originated from an antique dealer and is the only one I have found to date. The CD 154 came from a section of the Canadian Pacific railway, and was one of only 3 pieces in mint condition out of more than 15 of these which turned up. Notice that both styles possess an extremely sharp upper wire ridge, making them prone to heavy chipping. This is your chance to acquire two VNM condition specimens!

The CD 154 is absolutely mint apart from some micro flakelets along the sharp mould line along the outer base edge in the rear. Is is hands down one of the nicest specimens I have owned. The CD 122 has a single 1/8" ping on the front skirt above and to the right of the diamond, and a scattered few micro flea bites on the upper and lower wire ridges in both the front and rear. All in all this piece remains to be a VNM piece.

I'm asking $40.00 U.S. plus shipping for these pieces, which you will certainly have a difficult time finding better examples of. I accept PayPal, money orders or bank cheques, or personal cheques from any member of ICON, or anyone I have dealt with before. Please feel free to look through my previously unsold items in the "For Sale (Not Sold)" folder, and combine purchases to save on shipping.
