Excess glass on one side under the base makes this VNM insulator lean to the right quite a bit. The bottom of the dome is much sharper then most I have seen. The ones I have seen are rounded into the WG much more. This pretty Blue insulator that has many fizzy bubbles and a few larger displays mint from the side shown.
