Just another Hemingray (F skt), No. 16 (R Skt). No. This one is the first I ever picked through or seen with double embossing. And an odd looking embossing at that. As you may see in my pic the HEMING of Hemingray is easily seen. After that if there is any more of the letters following HEMING they get lost in a straw lined mess. The odd thing is that one of the deepest staw lines comes down the skirt imediately following HEMING and turns into a arrow that points directly at RAY which is apart of the usual embossing. That arrow may not appear that great in my pic but you won't miss it when turning it so the light reflects off of the straw lines. Maybe this insulator is informing collectors what is the correct pronounciation of HEMINGRAY which was once a topic at Icon's forum. Take this unusual uncommon common insulator for $30 shipped to your door anywhere in the lower 48 States. I will assist other counties. As for payment I prefer Pay Pal in the gift mode. However I will accept personal checks and money order if that is your own prefer method. Forgot to mention the drip points on this isnsulator are not perfect. There are a total of five that are damaged. Four of those are flaked on the inside. The last is sheared half off. All are located either on the back side or the sides of the insulator. The insulator displays Mint from the front. One drip point in the front does have an open bubble and doesn't come to a point. |
