When I went through this area last, US 2 passed north of the line you see here. When I went through this past weekend, I was QUITE confused to see US 2 was now SOUTH of the line. Seems the Red Lake river just off to the left undercut one of the westbound lanes, prompting the lane shift. The two 41.6kV circuits are out of service as well and are likely waiting to be relocated along with the 12.5kV to the new ROW (one of the two circuits has long been redundant). The clumps of tall grass mark what remains of the old median (the reflectors are still there even).
