Bonanza, Oregon 2011 substation. Located in the center of the picture is the switch platform that the switch man stands on to manually open the pole switch. It has been in service here since at least 1994 and was thrown together using U-663 OB insulators and cross arms. Just a little extra protection to prevent sparkies.
