Next up was this small town with a municipally-owned electric utility - every single street light had been changed out for LED units such as this one while the city-owned 4kV distribution system slides further into obsolescence and disrepair (this segment was one of the better-maintained ones due to being right along a state highway) - also, just about every dead-end was done with a pineapple spool instead of with a suspension - some poles even sport replacement spools in SKY GLAZE).
