Here is a porcelain signal in a mottled brown glaze. I do not see any markings on it. There is a small shallow flake on the inside of the skirt that looks like it could have been made that way, and a pinhead peck on the wire ridge. There is some black wire residue that would probably clean off. I know nothing about porcelain so let's go with $4.00 plus actual shipping to the lower 48. Oh, by the way, the light spots you see are reflections from the light.
