Here is a street in the City of Richmond VA that has 100 plus year old cement trolley poles still running along with still carrying crossarms and sometimes even track lights along with phone cables. This section of line apears to be in the same shape that it was in the 1940's in that it has a crossarm carrying six large cable insulators on top of it.
