Here are a pair of 127 [155] straight side Brookfields. Both have the April 4, 1871 date. Both are a shop number 4 but from different #4 molds as the shape of the 4 is different. One is a bit more blue aqua than the other. Each has a different diameter pinhole when you stick your thumb in. Both are excellent heavy examples that display mint from the front. I will post a second picture of the back. Both have a kind of internal stress fracture in the skirt that makes itself apparent when turned a certain way in the light. I've tried to make them look as worse as possible in the picture. I don't consider either to be a huge problem but I do want to make you aware of it. Otherwise, each has some slight wear from use and in all reality near tops in condition for these otherwise. Price $70 for the pair plus shipping. I really think that's a good score.
