This was a BIG surprise to spot this 3-part "flappityback" on a 23.9kV line that is likely 13.8kV now. Too bad it was overcast that morning - it WAS sunny that afternoon but I was late heading back home and so missed a chance to reshoot in better conditions. :-/ The other pieces appear to be M-2210 Lapp.
