The CD 145 on the left is embossed (F-Skirt) H.G.CO. (R-Skirt) PETTICOAT The color is an outstanding eye popping YELLOW GREEN. The only thing I can find to report is a very, very, tiny flea bite above the O in CO on the lower wire groove rim.
