Seeing this fairly recent replacement pole makes me wonder whether there are some people within Xcel that want to preserve the Byllesby line in its present form as long as possible...? I'm sure when they finally decide they HAVE to rebuild, I'm sure it will end up being redone as an armless line with rubber chickens. Bleh.
