CD 40 DARK BLUE BATTERY REST VERY SCARCE

This unembossed Battery Rest is I believe one of 3 known !! It is a very, very scarce Battery Rest and I do not ever recall one being offered for sale on ICON or any auction site. I had the good fortune to acquire another one that was in a small collection that I recently purchased, so the one that I had in my collection ( that was from the Kevin lawless collection) can go to another collector. The second photo shows the only blemish on this insulator. As expected it does have some rubbing on the bottom. It weights a hefty 3 ½ lbs and the color is more a Dark Blue than Dark Blue Aqua.
