Two Sinclair-Atkins pattern insulators marked "BI&HC" I found in situ on a late 1800's house in the suburbs on Wellington, New Zealand. With the help of kind resident, I was able to obtain them for my collection. The inner sheds were both broken, however, I have been able to glue parts together to form one whole inner shed.
