Once I had the poles ready, I pulled up behind the Convention Hall, turned up some 70's rock-n-roll to serenade the other hand trucks and carts rolling in, and erected the line. A big thanks to Dave Cross, who held up the "wire" while I strung it up, and allowed collectors to pass under. Also big THANKS to Dave Elliott who provided the dead-end poles and their set-up. How did you have time Dave??? Paul Puttkammer helped with a ramshorn and threadless hat for the poles.. Once the wire was up, it barely cleared the bi-fold loading-area door.
